2. How will my website be hosted?
For hosting your website, you can rent our fast hosting package with unlimited disk space and traffic for AED 119 per month. You can also purchase an external hosting service of your choice and ask us to transfer your website to it at no extra cost.
3. How do I secure my website?
For your website’s security, you can rent our Advanced Protection and Four Backups Per Day package for AED 119 per month. In case of any issues with your website, we offer restoration service within 10 minutes. You can also choose to continue without hiring a security service.
4. How do I update my website content?
You can easily update the content of your website from the panel we will provide for you. Adding content to your website is as easy as sending an email. If you prefer, we can update your website by adding professional content once a week, based on topics you choose. Consider renting this service for AED 590 per month, or you can update your website yourself. After purchasing, we will send you a video tutorial explaining how to update your website.
5. How do I do SEO work to make my website visible on search engines like Google and artificial intelligence robots?
SEO requires expertise. You can review SEO trainings available online or entrust us with the SEO services for your website. You can rent our package that includes Homepage and Subpage Optimization and Keyword Targeting for AED 990 per month. This way, you will become visible on search engines like Google and AI tools like ChatGPT. The positive results of this service become noticeable 6 months after starting the work.
6. Will I make other payments for my website?
You pay AED 140 per year to the Tasjeel.ae domain provider for your domain. If you wish, you can also make longer-term domain payments directly through Tasjeel.ae. This is not related to TOO.ae and is a separate service.
7. How can I customize my website?
When you purchase a website, we personalize your pages for you. We will add your logo to the website, and if you don’t have one, we will design one for you. We create an “About” section on your page and add the biography you provide. We also include an appointment button and form on your website, and if you wish, we can add a WhatsApp contact button. Additionally, we will add your desired location as the address on your website.
8. Will you create my Google My Business page?
Yes, we will create a free Google My Business page for you, adding your website link, corporate email address, appointment page, address, information about you, social media accounts, and more. This way, you will also be visible on Google, Google Maps, and Waze.
9. How will I monitor my website traffic?
You will be able to track the number of visitors to your website, which pages they are interested in, and much more with free tool.
10. Will you help me create an email address associated with my domain extension?
We will create up to 5 email addresses based on your requests during the website transfer and deliver them with their passwords. You can change the passwords later.
11. How can I make payments?
